It is now almost 30 years since I began my adventure in real estate. For the first 10 years, I worked as a legal secretary, working almost exclusively with buyers, sellers and mortgage financing. This opportunity was given to me by a wonderful lawyer who recognized my potential and what began as a 3 to 6 month contract turned into 10 amazing and rewarding years. I became his right hand and the main facilitator in all real estate transactions. From preparing all the necessary legal documents, to meeting with buyers and sellers, to delivering the keys to those so very excited new homebuyers, I knew then this was my “calling”.
Although it was difficult to leave the law firm, I knew that I had so much to offer buyers and sellers in their buying or selling of their homes. The experience and knowledge that I acquired at the law firm has been essential and a great asset to my clients.
